Warranty, Returns and Replacement Policy for Accidents

Right of Exchange or Return

Article 49 of the CDC, establishes a period of 7 days for the consumer, in case of regret, to exchange or withdraw from the purchase by returning the goods. But rest assured, Ayo offers you 15 days to evaluate the product and make your decision!

 

For exchange or return, the product must be sent to Ayo intact, with its original packaging also intact and accompanied by the purchase invoice. Thus, you will be entitled to receive the refund of the amount paid, including the reimbursement of expenses paid for sending the product to your home.

Guarantee

Article 26 of the CDC determines the warranty period of 90 (ninety) days, but Ayo does more for your satisfaction, we grant a warranty period of 24 months for all our products, counting from the date of purchase / receipt of the product.

If you have any warranty problems, send a copy of the invoice, photos and a brief description of the damage to assistencia@ayo.bike  and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Collision / Accident Substitutions

If you need a collision replacement, send a copy of the invoice, a brief description of the damage and photos to assistencia@ayo.bike and we will contact you within 48 hours.

 

In the event of irreparable damage, we guarantee a lifetime replacement discount for collision, over the list price in effect at the time, when purchasing a replacement Ayo product. The discount will depend on the age of the product. Please include proof of purchase when claiming your collision replacement.

 

Product age Discount on the current list price.

Up to 12 months 50%

From 13 to 24 months 30%

Above 24 months. 15%

The request must be made directly to Ayo Composites. When requesting a collision replacement, your Ayo Composites irreparable product automatically becomes our exclusive property, without compensation. We will ensure an adequate, friendly and safe destination for the environment.

 

Please always send us your damaged Ayo Composites product with proper postage. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender!
