Warranty, Returns and Replacement Policy for Accidents

Right of Exchange or Return

Article 49 of the BRAZILIAN CDC establishes a period of 7 days for the consumer to exercise their right of regret, in which they can exchange or withdraw from the purchase by returning the goods. However, Ayo offers you an extra 15 days to evaluate the product and make your decision.

 

For an exchange or return of the product, it must be sent to Ayo in its original condition, with its original packaging also intact and with the purchase invoice. This will entitle you to be refunded the full amount paid, including the cost of shipping the product to your home.

Warranty

Article 26 of the CDC states that the warranty period is 90 days, but Ayo surpasses that with a warranty period of 24 months for all our products, beginning from the date of purchase or when the product is received.

If you have any warranty issues, please email us at atendimento@ayo.bike with a copy of the invoice, some photos, and a brief description of the damage. We will respond within 48 hours.

Collision / Accident Substitutions

If you require a replacement due to a collision, please send us a copy of the invoice, a brief description of the damage, and photos to assistencia@ayo.bike and we will Contact you within 48 hours.

If your Ayo product has been damaged beyond repair, we offer a lifetime discount in the amount of the current list price when you purchase a replacement. The discount amount will depend on how old the product is. When applying for your collision replacement, please make sure to provide proof of purchase.

 

Customers who buy products that are up to 12 months old will be given a 50% discount on the current list price. Customers who buy products that are between 13 and 24 months old will be given a 30% discount on the current list price. Customers who buy products older than 24 months will be given a 15% discount on the current list price.

When requesting a collision replacement from Ayo Composites, you must make the request directly to them. Once you submit an irreparable product, it becomes their exclusive property without receiving any compensation for it. They will make sure that the product ends up at a safe, friendly, and environmentally responsible location.

 

Please always send us your damaged Ayo Composites product with the correct postage. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
